国外雷达技术新进展概述

摘    要:雷达技术的研发与应用重点仍然集中在有源相控阵雷达、合成孔径雷达方面。有源相控阵雷达技术在机载雷达系统、舰载雷达系统及陆基雷达系统中获得到了广泛的应用。文中指出GaN(氮化镓)单片微波集成电路功率放大器的可靠性有所提高,有望成为有源相控阵雷达的关键部件,并使有源相控阵雷达的探测距离进一步增加。为满足在无人机上的应用要求,合成孔径雷达的小型化在2009年取得了新的进展。
