摘    要:提高激光频率稳定性的关键,是获得线宽窄、信噪比高、稳定性好的参考频率,本实验的参考频率就是吸收峰的中心频率,而峰的导数信号即为稳频的鉴频曲线,导数信号的零点处斜率直接影响了稳频的效果。本实验研究是SF6对10.6μm激光的P(18)支线饱和吸收峰的一次微分信号进行的,对于其它激光支线也有相似的结果。

Abstract:The key to improve leaser frequency steadiness is to get the reference frequency of width of the line, the height of signal noise and good steadiness. This experimental reference frequency is the comer frequency of absorption peak, while the derivative signal of the peak is the curve of discrimination. The slope of the derivative signal at zero diretly influences the effect of steady frequeney. This experiment is researched with a differential signal within SF6 to 10. 6 Mm laser P(18) feeder saturation absorption peak, which has the similiar result to the other laser feeder.
