| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于微波YIG振荡器的锁相技术.主要叙述了YIG振荡器的原理以及其在微波领域优良的特性,比如极低的相位噪声、极宽的频带等等.然后重点介绍了用国家半导体(NS)的新一代锁相芯片LMX2471对YIG锁相的技术.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a kind of PLL technology based on YIG oscillators.It mainly describes the principle of the YIG oscillators and its advanced features in microwave fi eld,such as the extremely low phase noise and wide bandwidth and so on.Furthermore,the paper pays a great attention to a new sort of PLL IC which is manufactured by the National Semiconductor Ltd.Last,the PLL technology with the IC LMX2471 is focused on. |
