摘    要:文中提出一种采用基于计算机视觉的图像测量技术进行布氏硬度测量的方法,它通过对试件压痕进行图像采集、特征提取、信息处理等过程来实现布氏硬度的测量.实验结果表明,布氏硬度的图像测量法是一种自动化程度高、人为误差小的测量方法,同时还具有测量精度高、可靠性好、抗噪声能力强的特点.

Abstract:A new measuring method of Brinell hardness that based on computer vision is presented in this paper. Aiming at the electrical testing measures such as digital computer and CCD industrial camera, it can accomplish Briness hardness measurement through image acquisition of indentation on the specimen, feature extraction and information processing. The experimental results indicate that the image measuring method of Brinell hardness is the one that embraces high level of automatization and low human error. Furthermore, it does still possess great advantages in measuring precision, reliability and anti-noise ability.
