基于A3988电机驱动芯片的电机控制电路设计

摘    要:直流电机因具有结构原理简单、体积小、调速方便和低功耗等特点,因而在医疗器械、汽车制造行业和航空航天等领域中被广泛使用。介绍了基于A3988电机驱动芯片的电机控制电路的设计,给出了通过FPGA来设计和实现刹车功能和位置控制功能。A3988电机驱动芯片具有负载能力强、体积小的优点,但是芯片本身不能直接驱动电机实现刹车功能,本文给出了使用FPGA控制电路来控制A3988电机驱动芯片,实现刹车功能的方法。

Abstract:Direct current motor has characters of simple structure and principle,small,convenient speed control,low power consumption,so it is commonly used in medical devices,auto industry and aerospace business.This article describes the the design of motor control circuit based on A3988 chip.This paper describes the design and realization of brake function and speed control function by FPGA.A3988 Motor Driver chip has benefits of small and driving ability,but it can not directly drive motor brake.This article gives the control circuit using the FPGA to control the A3988 motor driver chip,the method to achieve the brake function.
