摘    要:由于自回转切削 (Self PropelledRotaryCutting ,简称SPRC)刀具有可能解决刀具耐磨性问题 ,建立其力学模型对于自回转切削刀具的研究具有重要的学术意义和实践意义。笔者利用BP算法用C语言编写人工神经网络程序 ,并用实验数据对神经网络进行学习训练 ,建立了SPRC切削力的仿真模型。实验证明该模型的输出结果与实际结果十分接近 ,该模型能够反映SPRC的基本切削加工特性 ,因此可作为SPRC基本切削加工的仿真模型

Abstract:Because of the possibility of solving the cutter wear problem, establishing a mechanics stimulation model for the study of self propelled rotary cutting tools is of most important academic and practical meaning. Based on the theory of the error back propagation algorithm the neural network has been programmed with C language and the SPRC's force model been trained with the experiment data. The test result shows that the output result of this model close to the real output and the model can reflect the basic cutting characteristics of SPRC, so it can be take as the SPRC's basic cutting simulation model.
