斜轧钢质高翅片管成形过程的数值模拟

摘    要:针对斜轧钢质高翅片管变形机理研究相对落后的问题,通过Pro/E的曲面建模功能建立了轧辊的三维实体几何模型.利用DEFORM-3D软件,采用三维刚一塑性有限元法对斜轧钢质高翅片管进行了数值模拟.分析了轧件变形区的应力、应变场分布,得到了斜轧钢质高翅片管的成形规律.该研究成果为斜轧钢质高翅片管的深入研究提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The mechanistic study of high finned steel tube deformation is laggard in present situation. A three-dimensional entity model of the roll was established by Pro/E. The three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method and DEFORM-3D analysis software were used to numerically simulate the forming process of high finned steel tubes.
