牛奶蛋白纤维染色热力学研究

摘    要:选用提纯的弱酸性艳红10B对牛奶蛋白纤维染色,并与羊毛、大豆蛋白复合纤维进行比较,绘制吸附等温线,并计算了牛奶蛋白纤维的染色亲和力、染色热和染色熵.研究结果表明:提纯的弱酸性艳红10B在牛奶蛋白纤维上的吸附属于Nernst型吸附,大豆蛋白复合纤维趋向于Langmuir型,而羊毛的吸附等温线类型比较复杂;牛奶蛋白纤维染色亲和力随温度升高而降低,染色热为-73.67 kJ/mol,染色熵为-241.3 J/(K·mol),染料上染纤维的过程是放热的.

Abstract:Milk protein fiber was dyed by purified weak acid brilliant red 10B,compared with wool and soybean protein fiber.The adsorption isotherm,dyeing affinity,dyeing heat and dyeing entropy were studied,too.The result showed that acid dyes of milk protein fiber followed the Nernst sorption mechanism,and the soybean protein fiber was tend to Langmuir type,and adsorption isotherm type of wool fiber was complex.The dyeing affinity of milk protein fiber decreased with the increase in dyeing temperature;dyeing heat wa...
