| 摘 要： | 新形势下培养大学生健康的生活意识和良好的生活习惯尤为重要,健康教育的重要性日益显著。要使健康教育更有针对性并取得良好成效,必须充分了解学生健康教育的现状,做到有的放矢。通过分析现状,提出加强健康教育的途径,力求使高校健康教育能适应学生的特点,贴近学生的需求。
