直接合金化冶炼高速钢的生命周期评价研究

摘    要:对用直接合金化冶炼高速钢的工艺和用铁合金合金化冶炼高速钢的工艺进行生命周期研究,定量地确定了这两种工艺对环境的影响,研究结果表明:直接合金化工艺去掉了高能耗和带来大量污染物的铁合金生产工序,在资源消耗、能源消耗、大气酸化、温室效应、光化学烟雾形成、水生物毒性、渣量、废水量等方面的环境影响指标都优于采用铁合金合金化冶炼高速钢的传统工艺。

Abstract:This paper studies the two technical processes of making high speed steel, direct alloying and ferroalloy alloying, by applying LCA formula. And the influences to environment of these two technologies are quantitatively determined. The result shows that, the former excels the latter in many environmental influence indexes, for example, resource and energy consumption, atmosphere acidification, greenhouse effect, photochemical smog formation, water organisms toxicity, quantity of slag, quantity of waste water, etc., while the latter has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and much pollutant yielding.
