| 摘 要： | 结合聚酯装置真空喷淋系统本身的特征,运用传统的旋流分离理论,通过实验说明,采用大容量乙二醇储罐作为沉降分离设备,对系统中循环乙二醇进行分离提纯,分离乙二醇中的乳状物和絮状物等悬浮物,解决在真空喷淋循环管道内产生结垢、缩径和堵塞的问题。

| Abstract: | Combination with the characteristics of vaccum spray circulation system in PET plant,using the traditional hydrocyclone separation theory,by a series of experiments and tests proof explanation,using the large capacity EG storage tank as sedimentation separation equipment,the circulation EG in system was separated and purified.The suspended substance including emulsion and flocci in the circulation EG were separated.The problems such as scaling,diameter shrinkage and plugging occured in the vaccum spray circulation pipe were solved completely. |
