直流电源智能化监控系统的设计实现

摘    要:提出了一种基于ATmega48单片机的智能化电源监控系统的设计方案,实现多路直流电源电流实时监控的功能。当负载出现故障时自动切断电源与负载之间连接,以保护设备。整个系统硬件部分集成了逻辑自锁电路,多路A/D采集,上、下位机之间通信以及主从单片机双机通信等电路模块。并且在电流实时测量原理上详细分析了过载自动保护电路。上位机使用Lab Windows/CVI虚拟仪器实现人机交互,界面友好。

Abstract:The design of a intelligent monitoring system based on high performance MCU of ATmega48 is introduced. It achieved the function of real time monitoring the current multiple current powers. It can also cut down the connect between power and equipment to protect the equipment when there is a failure in equipment. The hardware of the system consist of logic self locking circuit, multiplex AD data acquisition, communication between computer with MCU and communication between double MCUs etc. It discussed the overburden automatic protecting circuit in detail of real time measure principle. It also realized the display & control of human computer interaction by Lab Windows/CVI. The interface is easy to be manipulated.
