摘    要:单级双吸卧式离心泵是宁夏扶贫扬黄灌溉一期工程扬黄泵站的主要水泵设备.在抽送黄河水的工作过程中,汽蚀的破坏作用、含沙水流的磨蚀作用、机组停机时转子倒转的影响、前池拦污栅柴草杂物过多、机组频繁启动及检修质量不高等因素都将导致离心泵结构件失效损坏,进而使水泵出现流量不足和各种故障现象,直接影响到渠道水量的调度和灌区的正常灌溉.以1200S-56型单级双吸卧式离心泵为例,列举了水泵结构件的各种失效形式,系统分析了结构件的失效原因,并结合工作实践提出了结构件失效的具体处理措施.通过这些具有针对性的处理措施,有效减少了水泵结构件的损坏几率,延长了水泵的大修周期,提高了水泵运行的安全性和可靠性,对于泵站的运行管理具有一定的借鉴和指导作用.

Abstract:Single double horizontal centrifugal pump is the main instrument pump of the pump station built in the first project of the Ningxia Aiding poverty Irrigation Project.The cavitation damage,corrosion action of sand-loaded water,influence of pump roter inversion when the generators stop,too much rubbish in the forebay trash rack,the generators starting frequently and low quality of examine and repair.etc are the main reasons to lead centrifugal pump structures to failure and injury,which make the pump flow shortage and various breakdowns.It diretly affect the control of water yield in the canal and normal irrigation.This passage lists various failure forms of pump structures based on 1200S-56 type single double horizontal centrifugal pump and makes systematic investigation and study analyse failure reason of pump structures.At the same time,some specific treatment measures were taken according to the failure of pump structures in the ordinarily work.These measures can decrease pump structures’ injury probability and prolong the period of extensive repair in order to improve pump’s safety and reliability finally,which are good advice to the operation and management of pump station.
