焊管深度塑性变形加工技术的新进展

摘    要:无论采用何种方式生产的焊管,其焊缝的强韧性、耐腐蚀性常常会略逊于母材,导致其在要求特别高的领域使用受到限制。焊管经过深度冷或热的塑性变形加工后,其材质的均一性,即焊缝区的强韧性、耐腐蚀性等性能将与其母材区更趋一致,其性能更接近无缝钢管。因此,无缝制管与焊管技术的紧密结合将是未来金属制管技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:No matter what manufacturing process it is produced with, any weld pipe has its weld seam toughness and corrosion resistance lower than its base metal, which limits the application of such kind of tube in fields where relevant requirements are so stringent. However, thanks to deep cold or hot plastic deformation work, the tube properties become more homogenous, i.e., the weld seam toughness and corrosion resistance are much closer to those of the base metal, which means the weld tube is more similar to the seamless tube in terms of properties. Therefore it is predicted that the combination of the seamless steel manufacturing technology and that for weld tube will be the development trend of metallic tubular manufacture.
