骨组织工程支架材料的研究进展

摘    要:骨组织工程的发展,要求充分结合材料工程与生物工程相关知识,对植入材料进行分子及细胞水平的设计.细胞外基质材料(支架材料)的选择与制备是骨组织工程的一项重要而关键的任务.如何找到能促进并指导细胞黏附、增殖的支架材料是目前骨组织工程研究的热点之一.介绍了骨组织工程相关原理,并综述了几种支架材料的发展研究现状.

Abstract:As far as development of the bone tissue engineering is concerned, it is necessary for us to combine the material engineering and bioengineering adequately to design the materials on the molecular and cellular level. Therefore, the choice and preparation of extracellular matrix component (scaffold material) is an important and pivotal task in bone tissue engineering. To find a scaffold that can not only promote but also steer the attachment and proliferation of the cell is one of the focuses in recent investigation. In this paper, the correlative theory about bone tissue engineering is introduced and summarization of the scaffold materials is made.
