聚氯乙烯精馏尾气吸附工艺的改进

摘    要:对氯乙烯精馏尾气活性炭吸附工艺进行了研究,在原常压吸附工艺基础上改进为带压吸附工艺,使氯乙烯尾气排放量由 3%降至 1%,每年可节约资金 28.5万元,获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The activated carbon adsorption process of tail gas from vinyl chloride rectification was studied. The process of atmosphere adsorption was improved to be pressurized adsorption, so that the discharge of tail gas was reduced from 3 percent to 1 percent. Meanwhile, the fund of 285,000 RMB can be saved every year, and good economic benefits and social effects can be achieved.
