氯化镧、氯化铈、氯化镨、氯化钕鞣性的研究

摘    要:本文主要研究氯化轻型稀土中氯化钢、氯化铈、氯化镨、氯化钕的鞣性。在铬鞣剂用量相同的情况下,用扫描电镜观察到:加入氯化稀土的革中铬的固定量多于不加稀土的革;稀土在革中也不同程度地被固定。衰减全反射红外光谱图说明了铈离子、镨离子与铬离子间有协同作用;钢离子、铁离子与铬离子间有掩蔽作用。研究表明铈离子比其它三种离子鞣革性能好。

Abstract:In this paper, the tanning properties of LaCl3, CeCl3, PrCl3 and NdCl3 which belong to light RE have been studied. On condition that the usage of chromitan is the same, we could observe by SEM that: more chromiums are fixed in leather when rare earth chlorides are added, and rare earth chloride are also fixed in different degrees. Moreover, they are inanefisted by ATR Infra-red spectra that CeCl3 and PrCl3 have cooperative effects while LaCl3 and NdCl3 have shelter effects. All these demonstrate that the tanning properties of CeCl3 is the best among the four rare earth chlorides.
