纯毛高弹织物的开发

对普通精纺股线实施追加捻工艺以保证足够的退捻力矩,然后采用不同的经纬纱支、不同的捻向配置,试织具有不同经纬密度的纯毛高弹织物.其中,通过控制经纬纱的交织规律和纱线的退捻力矩实现织物的伸长与回缩,通过收缩整理使织物得到高弹性,并对织物进行了弹性伸长率测试.

Development of pure wool fabric with high elastic extension

The supplementary twist is added to the spun compound yarns to assure it to get enough untwisting torque. By taking the warp and weft in different counts and the disposal of different twist directions, several pure wool fabrics with high elastic in different warp and weft density are woven. Through controlling the interlacing rules and untwisting the torque of yams, the extension and recovery of the fabric are realized. Through the finish of contraction the pure wool fabric gets the high elastic extension. The elastic extension of fabrics are tested.
