西北地区的农业灌溉与节水途径

针对西北地区农业灌溉发展历史和现状 ,分析了灌溉中存在的问题 ,并提出适宜的节水措施 .治理西北地区灌区盐碱化的有效措施是实行井灌井排 ,地表水地下水联合运用 .提高农田灌溉用水效率的根本措施是发展节水灌溉 ,并辅以相应的农艺节水措施 .发展农业灌溉应结合西北地区水土资源、社会经济发展状况 ,以水定植 ,以水定规模 .应制定不同地区相宜的节水灌溉发展模式 ,确保西北地区农业灌溉健康有序地发展

Irrigation and Water-Saving Measures in Northwest China

Some problems in agricultural irrigation in Northwest China are analyed,and water saving measures are proposed.It is pointed out that effective ways for combating alkalinity are well irrigation and well drainage,and the use of both surface water and underground water.The key measures for increasing the efficiency of farmland irrigation are the development and popularization of water saving irrigation.It is also suggested that development of approaches to water saving irrigation should be based on the water and soil resources and social economy of Northwest China.
