摘    要:基于齿槽转矩的周期性以及永磁磁极与槽口相对位置的不同对齿槽转矩分布的影响,采用叠加法研究了分块永磁磁极削弱齿槽转矩的方法。该方法无需计算永磁分块导致的复杂的气隙磁通密度分布,而基于不同分块之间与槽口相对位置的变化导致的不同的齿槽转矩的分布,通过合理选择永磁分块数、分块宽度及分块间隔,可使得不同分块产生的齿槽转矩相互抵消,从而有效地削弱齿槽转矩。针对每极整数槽和非整数槽结构,推导得到了永磁分块数、分块宽度以及分块间隔之间关系解析表达式。有限元计算表明,本文得到的确定方法可有效地削弱齿槽转矩。

Abstract:Based on the periodicity of cogging torque,the effect of permanent magnet segmentation on the cogging torque of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor is studied by superposition method in this paper.In this method,the permanent magnet pole is separated into several elementary magnet blocks.The total cogging torque is the sum of all the cogging torque of elementary magnet blocks.The distribution of the cogging torque of magnet blocks has great effect on the total cogging torque.The cogging torque can be greatly reduced by suitable selection the number of magnet blocks and width of magnet blocks.The method too btain the number of magnet blocks and width of magnet blocks is studied with analytical method.At last,the conclusions are verified by finite element method.
