| 摘 要： | 等同采用国际铁路联盟标准的柴油机认证试验标准自从 1983年发布以来 ,对铁路牵引用柴油机的研究、开发、生产、运用、试验、认证起到了重要作用。从标准的三个版本内容的变化、执行标准中遇到的问题以及对标准的认识和理解 ,发表了个人见解。

| Abstract: | Since published in 1983,the diesel engine approval test standard adopting UIC standard by equation has been playing an important role in research,development,manufacture,operation,test and approval of diesel engine.Personal opinions are expressed in terms of the content change of standard's three versions,problems met in implementing the standard and how to understand the standard. |
