基于规则综合方法的配电网重构方法

摘    要:提出了一种基于规则综合方法的配电网重构方法,以系统功率损耗最小为目标函数建立了配电网重构模型,考虑了线路的功率约束。为得到精确的支路电流和系统功率损耗,采用基于功率合计方法的辐射型配电网潮流算法,结合根据系统运行经验形成的综合规则对配电网进行重构计算。2个配电网系统的测试和分析结果表明了上述方法的正确性和有效性,该方法在贵阳市南配电网中的应用情况也表明采用该方法可获得较好的降损效果。

Abstract:A rule based comprehensive approach to reconfigure distribution network is proposed, in which the maximum system power loss is taken as objective function and power restrains of transmission lines are considered. To obtain accurate branch currents and system power losses, a power summation based power flow algorithm for radial distribution network is adopted; combining with the comprehensive rules based on system operation experience, the reconfiguration calculation of distribution network is carried out. The testing and analysis results of two distribution networks show that the proposed method is correct and effective. The application of the proposed method in southern distribution network of Guiyang city proves that power loss in distribution network reduction can be reduced by use of the proposed method.
