CrMo钢材料韧脆转变温度曲线的回归分析

摘    要:根据韧脆转变温度曲线的特点,提出一种能够定量描述冲击功与温度关系的Boltzmann函数。试验数据的回归分析表明,该方法获取的回归曲线具有较高相关系数,并能较准确地求取材料脆性转变温度vTr54.2。本文提出的方法简单实用,同时具有一定物理意义。

Abstract:Based on the character of ductile-brittle transition temperature curve, Boltzmann function was proposed to depict the relationship of impact absorbing energy with temperature deterministically and quantitatively. The regression analysis of test data showed that the correlation coefficient of the regression curve was greater, as well as the brittle transition temperature vTr54.2 could be calculated precisely. The method in present paper was simple, practicable and of definite physical meaning at same time.
