纳米SiO2改性丙烯酸酯乳液的合成与性能研究

摘    要:以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以OP-10和十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂,由丙烯酸酯与纳米SiO2制成高性能的改性丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了以纳米SiO2改性丙烯酸酯乳液的合成工艺,讨论了温度、乳化剂、预乳化及加料方式对乳液性能的影响。对乳液进行了结构表征和性能测定,试验结果表明,改性后的丙烯酸酯乳液综合性能大大增强,质量符合国家标准GB/T1738-1993。

Abstract:A nano - scale SiO2 modified polyacrylate emulsion is formulated with ammonium persulphate as initiator, anionic sodium dedecyl benzene sulfonate and OP- 10 as the compound emulsifier, acrylate and nano SiO2. The influence of the synthesis process, temperature, variety of emulsifier, introducing model of emulsifier to the properties of the emulsion is discussed. The structure and performance of the emulsion are characterized. The results show that the comprehensive properties of the modified emulsion are improved largely. The quality of the product conforms to the requirements specified in GB/T 1738--1993.
