大米小包装保鲜技术研究

摘    要:根据大米的特性 ,研究了不同包装气氛、包装材料、储存温度对小袋包装大米新鲜度的影响。实验结果表明 ,采用高阻隔性的塑料包装材料充入 10 0 % CO2 气体 ,在室温下储存 ,大米的保鲜期可达 7个月以上

Abstract:According to the properities of rice,the effects of different packaging gas,packaging material and preserving temperature on the freshness of small packaged rice were studied.It was found that the shelf life of rice could reach over seven months at room temperature when high resistant plastic materials were used and pure carbon dioxide was filled.
