摘    要:抽水蓄能电站机组控制流程是抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统的一个重要方面。文中介绍了十三陵抽水蓄能电站原有国外监控系统控制流程,分析了十三陵抽水蓄能电站国产监控系统控制流程的设计原则,并综合利用国内大中型抽水蓄能电站控制流程的优点及十三陵抽水蓄能电站自身的特点,设计了十三陵抽水蓄能电站国产监控系统控制流程。目前,国产的大中型抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统已在十三陵抽水蓄能电站投入运行,效果良好。

Abstract:The unit control sequence /or pumped storage power stations is an important aspect in the monitoring and control system of pumped storage power stations. The control sequence for the former monitoring and control system of the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station is introduced. The design principle of the control sequence for the home-built monitoring and control system of the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station is analyzed. The control sequence is designed on the basis of synthesizing the merits of the control sequences for the monitoring and control systems of domestic large and medium-sized pumped storage power stations and the specialties of the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station. At present, the home-built monitoring and control system for large and medium-sized pumped storage power stations has been put into operation in the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station, and it has been operating satisfactorily.
