基于ADE7755的带CAN总线的工业用电度表设计方案

摘    要:介绍了一种基于ADE7755的带CAN总线的工业用电量计量方案。为了实现能够适应运行环境恶劣的工业场合应用的目的,结合ADE7755本身的抗干扰性,搭建了ADE7755的外围电路和相应的滤波电路。通过搭建P87C591外围电路和CAN总线收发电路,实现了数据采集、电量运算和利用CAN总线实现机间通信的功能。通过电源部分电路的搭建,实现了给系统提供 5V和 2.5V基准电源。除提供了上述各部分的硬件电路外,还给出了CAN总线的初始化程序。在经过了实验室试验后,利用本方案制成的电度表正在电力机车上进行进一步的试验。

Abstract:A method of industry Watt-hour Meter, which is b as ed on ADE7755 and CAN bus, is introduced in this article. To meet the requiremen t of running under terrible circumstance and combined with anti-interrupt capab ility of ADE7755, periphery circuit and relevant filter circuit of ADE7755 are d esigned. Data acquisition, power calculation and communication can be realized t hrough building periphery circuit of P87C591 and transmit-receive circuit of CA N bus. The energy source circuit provides standard +5V and +2.5V. The initial pr ogram of CAN bus is also available in this paper. After repeated laboratory expe riment, this meter is now running on electrical engine for further research.
