网络化铸件缺陷分析专家系统的研究

摘    要:依照国际铸造技术协会ICFTA的铸件缺陷分类体系建立了缺陷分析数据库,并将专家系统理论与动态网页技术相结合,以此为基础开发了一套网络化铸件缺陷分析专家系统,使用户能够通过Internet网络实现远程咨询,可以识别铸件缺陷、诊断缺陷原因,提出防止铸造缺陷的对策建议。并且通过Internet网络可以利用知识获取和知识维护模块对知识库中数据进行更新和完善。

Abstract:A database of casting defects analysis was created according to the casting defects classification systems of International Committee of Foundry Technical Association. By combining the theory of expert system and the technology of dynamic web pages, an internet-based casting defects analysis expert system was developed. The system can provide distant consult services to users through internet network and has functions of identifing casting defects, analyzing the causes, and providing the remedies and recommendations. With its knowledge acquisition and knowledge maintain modules, the database can also be upgraded and consummated constantly through the network.
