| 摘 要： | 传统的企业组织需要彻底改革以适应信息时代的要求。提出在利用企业重组工程理论重构流程的基础上,通过信息技术重构跨功能,多学科,基于项目组的虚拟组织结构。介绍建立虚拟组织的一般过程,方法和管理,并给出一种组织元模型和虚拟组织重构的数学模型。

| Abstract: | In this paper,it is proposed that a dynamic,cross- functional virtual enterprise or- ganizations(VEOs) are built based on reengi- neering processes and information technology. VEOs feature multiple disciplinary and team work.The procedures of establishing VEOs are described.In addition,the organizational unit's model and the model for reconstructing VEOs are also presented here. |
