| 摘 要： | 军民融合之路已成为国防现代建设的必然选择,是军工企业落实建立和完善军民结合寓军于民的武器装备科研生产体系走新型工业化道路的战略性任务。对军工企业军民融合战略转型的现状、面临的机遇与挑战进行了分析,提出了军工企业在经营发展中实现军民融合式发展的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | The way of military-civilian mixed type has become the necessary choice of modern national defense building, and it is also the strategic task to realize new industrializing way of weapon equipment and research producing in military-civilian mixed type of ordnance enterprise when building and completing it. Current situations facing opportunities and challenges of military-civilian mixed type strategic transformations for the ordnance enterprise were analyzed in this paper, countermeasures and measures of realizing military-civilian mixed type development in the process of management and develop- ment of the ordnance enterprise were put forward in it. |
