国产钢领差距和特殊曲线内跑道设计与加工

介绍国产钢领十几年来的技术进步,分析国产钢领与国外名牌产品的差距,指出PG型钢领内跑道截面曲线由四段圆弧构成,有设计缺陷,而且机加工方法落后。提出了开发创新型钢领的设计思路并对其经济效益进行了分析。创新型钢领的内跑道截面曲线应是一条与上下两个小圆弧相切的单叶双曲线,在纺纱过程中不会引起钢丝圈振动和气圈抖动,纺纱质量好,使用寿命长。

The Difference of the Domestic Ring and the Design and Fabrication of the Inner Path with Special Curvature

Introduction is made to the tech-progress of the domestic ring in the past decade.Analysis is done to the difference between the domestic ring and that of the same kind overseas.It is pointed out that the sectional curvature of the inner path of the PG ring is of design disfigurement and laggard un machining process.A new idea is put forth developing the new ring,of which the inner path sectional special curve should be of single hyperbola with two sectional arcs in osculation.When in spinning process,such design keeps away the vibration of the traveller and the balloon,consequently with good quality of yarn and long service life of the ring.
