缓解陶瓷与金属钎焊接头残余应力的新方法研究

摘    要:填加中间过渡层是缓解陶瓷与金属钎焊接头残余应力的有效方法。但是在钎焊过程中还存在很多问题。金属泡沫具有显著的能量吸收特性,因此可以用作中间层材料,研究发现采用金属泡沫作为中间层可以有效缓解接头残余应力,并且存在一个最佳的泡沫层厚度。

Abstract:The method of using interlayer for brazing is very effective to release the residual stress of ceramic / metal brazing joint. But there are many problems in brazing process. The mental foams can be used as interlayer material for its energy absorption characteristics. The study found that the residual stress can be effectively relaxed by using the foams, andthere is an optimal thickness of mental foams for brazing.
