某发动机涡轮导向器精密整体叶盘铸造工艺研究

摘    要:整体叶盘是现代航空发动机的一种新型结构部件,对于提高航空发动机性能具有重要作用,因此精密整体叶盘铸造技术是未来航空发动机制造的关键技术。在分析某发动机涡轮导向器整体叶盘铸造工艺性能的基础上,设计了浇注系统,并经相关的试验验证,解决了叶片欠铸问题,最终确定了铸造工艺参数,为精密整体叶盘铸造技术的进一步发展积累了经验。

Abstract:Integral wheel is a new type of structure component for model aero-engine, it plays an importance role in improving property, and precision integral wheel casting is the key technology for future aero-engine industry. Base on the casting technology property for integral wheel of turbine nozzle in an aero-engine , designed gating system and related tes- ting validation, had solved the problem for under casting of blade, and made sure the paradise of casting technology. It accu mulates the experience for further improvement of precision integral wheel casting.
