摘    要:为了防止连续退火过程中带钢的跑偏和瓢曲,提高机组的稳定通板性,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,充分结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,提出了一套适合于连续退火机组基于机理模型的炉内张力在线设定方法,充分考虑到带材的实际来料情况,结以机理模型为基础对入口张力辊、加热1段、加热2段、加热3段、均热段、急冷段、时效1段、时效2段、时效3段、终冷段以及出口张力辊等11段张力进行在线设定,大大提高了炉内通板的稳定性,有效的降低了连退过程中跑偏、瓢曲及断带等缺陷的发生概率,能给企业带来较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。

Abstract:In order to prevent the strip misalignment and buckling in the process of continuous annealing,and improve the stabilization of production line,based on the extensive field tests and theoretical studies,and fully integrated with the equipment and technological features of the process line,a set of online tension setting method which is fit for CAPL and based on the mechanism model is put forward.Then,the online tension setting of entrance jockey pulley,heating zone-1,heating zone-2,heating zone-3,soaking zone,aging zone-1,aging zone-2,aging zone-3,final cooling zone and exit jockey pulley was performed,and gave full consideration to the actual incoming situation of strip and the mechanism model.This technology greatly improved the stabilization of strip and effectively reduced the incidence of misalignment,buckling and strip breakage in annealing process.It can bring considerable benefit to the enterprise and is worth popularizing.
