弹性夹头在高速切削状态下的性能特性研究

摘    要:基于ANSYS对高速铣刀的弹性夹头在4种特定转速下性能特性做了分析与研究,找出径向扩张量与预紧力、有效夹持长度与预紧力、有效夹紧长度与速度、夹头径向位移与接触长度间的相互变化规律,给出该型号刀柄的最大转速使用极限,对该类高速铣刀柄的使用提供了一种可靠的研究方法与依据。

Abstract:In this paper,high-speed milling cutter in the elastic tong hold four specific speed performance and characteristics was researched to do the analysis and research based on ANSYS.Find out the variation between the radial expansion tensor and pre-tightening force,effectively clamping length and pre-tightening force,length and velocity,chuck radial displacement and contact length,gave the models of the maximum use of speed limits.Thus for the type of use of high-speed milling shank provides a reliable research method and basis.
