有限元分析在配合公差中的应用

摘    要:公差配合是机械理论中的基本概念,在产品设计中经常用到,目前选用的大部分公差配合是采用或借鉴标准、规范而得到,并参考工程师的经验予以修正。但是实际过程中,公差配合的选择必须与零部件的受力工况结合分析而确定,选择不适合的公差配合会对产品的性能产生很大的影响,甚至是造成产品可靠性不高的主要因素,所以应利用有限元的方法分析公差配合在产品设计中的影响。本文从一个承载零部件的实际情况分析,说明有限元分析在配合公差中的应用。

Abstract:Tolerance is the basic concept of the mechanical theory, it is often used in the products design, most options are with reference to standards or norms and amended by the experience of engineers, however, in practical applications,tolerance selection must be combined with the force conditions of the parts. Poor tolerance will have a huge impact on the products, even the major factor to the fail of the products, so the use of finite element method determine the tolerance withthe impact of product design is the core idea of this paper. The actual situation analysis from a carrying part shows the appli- cation of finite element analysis in the tolerance.
