| 摘 要： | 讨论了将丝状材料编织成麻花形状的编织装置的设计制造,该装置包括拉杆和旋转2部分,拉杆部分包括拉手和拉杆,旋转部分包括连接螺母、套筒、连接杆、夹丝头和压紧帽,拉杆部分通过联接螺母与旋转部分连接。采用机械旋转结构,设计了一种快速编织麻花形状保险丝的编丝装置,解决了现有技术中因为金属丝的硬度和使用力度不同,导致穿好的金属保险丝松紧不一致的问题,具有编织松紧度完全相同、省力和编织速度快的特点。

| Abstract: | A kind of knitted-wire device involves the designing and manufacturing technology domain about the knitting tools which can weave filamentous materials into twisty shape, including pull rod and rotation. Pull rod comprises handle and rod, and rotation has coupling nut, sleeve, connecting rod, screw holder and pressing cap. Pull rod was connected to rotation part with coupling nut. This device adopting mechanical rotating structure, equipped with a quick woven device which can twist fuse in a short time. Nonconformity of Metal fuse tightness due to different hardness and inconsistent strength can be solved. It bears the features of conformity tightness, labor saving and quick weaving. |
