摘    要:轻压下技术是减轻铸坯中心偏析,提高内部质量最为有效的方法。以三明钢厂220×1600mm板坯连铸机轻压下技术的实施为背景,对轻压下涉及的扇形段及铸坯的变形进行研究,合理设计了辊缝补偿量并在实际生产中采用,取得了很好的压下效果。

Abstract:Soft reduction is a very effective method to alleviate center segregation and improve inner quality of slabs.Based on the real application of soft reduction in 220×1600mm slab continuous caster in Sanming Steelmaking factory,deformation of sectors is calculated.With the calculation results,Supplementary gaps are designed and used in practical production.The results of soft reduction are satisfied.
