| 摘 要： | 综述了微量元素硒的生理保健功能，对部分花生品种进行了硒含量分析。结果表明，远杂9102、豫花黑一号和远杂0005硒含量较高，并在富硒食品硒含量分类标准（DB6124．01-2010）中坚果硒含量（0．01-1．00mg／kg）的范围之内，属于富硒花生。

| Abstract: | The physiological health functions of selenium and the selenium content of peanut in Henan province were summarized. The results showed that the selenium content of Yuanza 9102, Yuhua black 1 and Yuanza 0005 were relatively higher than that of other varieties and strains. These 3 varieties were along to peanut rich in selenium and within the scope of nut selenium （0. 01--1.00mg/kg） according to selenium-rich food classification standard （DB6124. 01 -2010） . |
