负压自动涂漆工艺研究

摘    要:随着"以人为本"理念的提升,产品生产中对操作人员的保护有了更高的要求。现行发射装药基本药管涂漆工艺和环境不能使产品和人员相互隔离,有害气体对人体造成严重伤害。负压自动涂漆工艺将"产品找漆液"的方式改变为"漆液找产品"的模式,实现了人机隔离,消除了产品、漆液产生汽泡的环境,提高了工序良品率和生产效率。试验表明,产品外观质量、技术性能均达到产品设计要求。

Abstract:With the improvement of ideas called people oriented, people foremost, protection of operators during processing products will have higher requirements. In the past, painting process of primary cartridge for present propellant charge and environment couldn't make isolation between products and people, so harmful gases would cause serious injury on people. Research of negative pressure automatic painting process will change manual painting into automatic painting, thus achieving isolation of operators and machines, eliminating the environment of producing mist from products and lacquer, en- hancing the percentage of working procedure good products and production efficiency. The experiments indicated that both of appearance quality and technical performance of products have been achieved design demands.
