弯曲件坯料展开尺寸研究

摘    要:传统的弯曲钣金件展开尺寸计算采用公式近似计算法。弯曲钣金件的展开尺寸与材料的机械性能、钣金厚度、折弯角度、折弯半径、扳料表面和剪切断面质量等因素有关。介绍了弯曲件坯料展开尺寸计算的2种新方法,即理论计算法和UG-FASTAMP钣金展开计算法,并且进行了分析比较,证明了2种计算结果在误差范围内均是正确的,可在产品设计和模具工艺设计中优化工艺参数和工艺设计方案。

Abstract:Traditional launching of curving sheet metal components takes function proximate arithmetic.The size of curving sheet metal components launching has relationships with many factors such as mechanical property of materials,thickness of sheet metal,curving angel,curving radius,surface of malaxer and the quality of cutting section and so on.Two methods of size of curving semi-finished materials launching computation were introduced,that are theory computation method and the computation method of UG-FASTAMP plate work launching,and also carried on the comparative analysis.The results had proved that two kinds of computed data in the error range are correct.
