| 摘 要： | 建立中厚板矫直过程中的三维有限元模型,把仿真得到的矫直力参数与实测值进行比较来验证模型的可靠性。对比了大变形矫直,小变形矫直和整体倾斜式矫直三种矫直工艺,研究了矫直倾角对矫直后平直度的影响,最终通过模拟仿真得到了整体矫直合理的压下量。

| Abstract: | Build the 3 D FEM straightening model of plate straightening process, compare straightening force obtained from the FEM simulation with the real force to make sure the reliability of the model. Then research the three plate straightening processes including the large deformation method , small deformation method and The tilting method. Study the relation between inclination angle of straightening rollers and straightening results. At last obtain appropriate amount of pressed bending through the FEM simulation. |
