扩散管对微泡发生器流场影响的研究

摘    要:基于流体动力学软件中的多相流理论模型,借助流体软件FLUENT,系统全面地分析了自行研制的自吸气射流微泡发生器中扩散管角度引起的流场变化,基于速度、紊动能、气相分布进行了分析,研究了流场变化对微泡发生器性能的影响。采用计算机仿真技术,为微泡发生器的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper had based on the fluid dynamics software in muhiphase flow theory model, used fluid software FLUENT system to analyze comprehensively the selPdeveloped self aspirating jet micro-bubble generator diffusion tube an- gle caused by the change of flow field, and based on the velocity, turbulent kinetic energy, gas phase distribution, studied the change of flow field on micro bubble generator performance influence. The computer simulation technology provided the basis for design of the micro-bubble generator.
