新型硬质合金插齿刀制造技术研究

摘    要:硬质合金插齿刀插削硬齿面(45~65HRC)双联时易崩刃,为此需采用负前角,目前磨制硬质合金插齿刀负前角的方法有锥前刀面法、代圆弧法。锥前刀面法倒角角度不均匀,刃形有理论误差,修整困难;代圆弧法沿刀形倒圆弧,刃形有原理性误差、夹具误差,效率低,柔性差。因此需研制一种新型的负前角加工方法,沿刃形按渐开线倒棱,可以消除原理误差,而且效率高、精度高、柔性好。

Abstract:Carbide alloy slotting cutter is easy to tip when it slots hard tooth face(45-65 HRC) duplex, therefore, the negative rake needs to be adopted. At present, conical front cutter face method and substitute arc method are used for grinding the negative rake of the carbide alloy slotting cutter arc. However, for the conical front cutter face method, chamfering angle is uneven, the blade shape has theoretical error, so it is difficult to trim, when the substitute arc method is used for chamfering arc along the cutter shape, there are disadvantages of blade shape theoretical error, fixture error, low efficiency and bad flexility, so that a new type negative rake manufacturing method needs to be developed. This method is chamfering edge along blade shape by the involute, it can eliminate theoretical error and raise efficiency, accuracy and flexility.
