摘    要:利用有限元方法对3800四辊轧机机架进行应力和变形分析。结果表明:机架上横梁压下螺母孔顶部过渡圆弧处是应力最大的部位,且处于三向应力状态,该部位应力梯度大,是轧机机架的危险部位;辊系轴承座施加给机架立柱的侧向力对机架窗口水平方向的变形有很大影响,必须计及侧向力的作用,才能精确计算出机架窗口变形。

Abstract:Stress and distortion of a 3800 four-high mill stand is analyzed with finite element method.The results show that the transition circular arc at the top of upright beam nut hole is the most dangerous position of the mill stand where there is the great stress gradient and in three-dimensional stress state;lateral force that bearing blocks of rolled system act on the stand post greatly affects horizontal distortion of the stand window,so it should be included in order to accurately calculate the distortion of the stand window.
