摘    要:延平1井为中国石化华东分公司在鄂尔多斯盆地延川南区块部署施工的第一口煤层气水平连通井,水平段长674111,主要在煤层中穿行。为解决在煤层段水平钻进过程中的井壁稳定和储层保护问题,三开试验采用了绒囊钻井液体系。通过现场的实际应用证日月采用绒囊钻井液体系,有效地解决了水平段施工可能存在的煤层垮塌、井漏等问题,保证了钻井施工的顺利,同时水平段套管一次性顺利下入,为全井的安全顺利完井创造了良好的条件。

Abstract:Well Yanpingl is the first CBM horizontal connected well in Yanchuannan block of Ordos basin disposed by East China Branch Company of SINOPEC. Its horizontal section is 674 m long, mainly running in the coalbed. In order to solve the problems of wellbore stability and reservoir protection when drilling in the coalbed horizontal section, this well has adopted fuzzy-ball drilling fluids in third spudding. The field practices indicated that the fuzzy-ball drilling fluids not only solved the problems of coalbed col- lapse and circulation loss to ensure the smooth operation, but also ensured that the casing of horizontal section could run in hole successfully just in one time, creating a good condition for the whole well operation.
