基于ADuC824的智能厚膜微压力变送器的设计

摘    要:针对厚膜微压力传感器的特点,介绍了基于ADuC824的智能厚膜微压力变送器的硬件设计和软件设计,并对变送器的非线性和温度补偿方法进行了探讨,结果表明:利用单片机的强大功能,实现了智能变送器的非线性校正、零点和温度补偿,具有电路结构简单、稳定性好、误差小、测量精度高等特点。

Abstract:Introdues the intelligent thick-film micro-pressure transmitter based on ADuC824.The design of hardware and software are described concretely.The nonlinear compensation and temperature compensation are introduced.By means of the single chip microcomputer,the results show that it has realized non-linear correct,zero point,temperature compensation for intellectual transmitter,and has simple structure in circuit,good stability,little error and high precision of measurement,etc.
