箱梁混凝土应力及有限元分析

摘    要:针对箱梁混凝土开裂问题,分析了我国混凝土箱梁设计方法的不足,探讨了箱梁混凝土控制应力的取值方法.结合工程实例,应用有限元方法对施工阶段的箱梁模型进行了理论分析研究,并将监测断面上各测点的计算结果与实测结果进行了对比分析,从而保证了箱梁使用质量,有效地控制箱梁裂缝的产生.

Abstract:In view of the cracking problem in box girder,insufficient design method of concrete box girder in our country is analyzed, and method of control stress value selected about concrete box girder is discussed. Combined with specific engineering, the theoretic analysis by using finite element has been done in model of box girder during construction period, and the contrast has been performed between the theoretic stress results and the actual results in the monitoring points of the monitoring section. High quality of box girder is guaranteed and crack occurrence is effectively controlled.
