装运机械滚动轴承的寿命计算

摘    要:由于轴承的材料质量提高及其加工工艺的改进,原来的计算方法已不能满足实际要求,对装运机械(包括露天装载机、载重汽车、地下铲运机、辅助车辆等)滚动轴承的寿命计算要考虑更多的因素。本文综述了轴承寿命计算过程中各参数在新的制造技术、工作条件和润滑条件下的修正方法,同时讨论了计算公式推导过程中出现的各种不足,较为系统地论述了装运机械滚动轴承寿命的计算方法,并将其电算化。提出了完成一个轴承设计的小型CAD辅助设计系统,这一系统包括主程序、原始数据输入子程序、轴承初选子程序、寿命计算及校核子程序、轴承载荷校核子程序、轴承内部载荷校核子程序、制表打印子程序等。本文所介绍的方法是目前计算滚动轴承寿命的一种较好的办法。

Abstract:Due to quality enhancement of the materials used to make rolling bearing and processing modific ation of rolling bearing, the old calculating method can not satisfy the practical requirements,and there are much more factor,which must be considered in calculating the rolling bearing life of load-haul equipment,including open-pit mining loaders,trucks,underground mining LHDS and auxiliary vehicles.The authors summarize the correction method of all parameters in the process of bearing life calculation under conditions of new manufacturing. techniques,operating and lubrication,discuss all shortcomings existing in the process of the derivation of calculating equations,describe systematically the calculating method ,which has been computerized,of rolliing bearing life of load-haull equipment,and put forward a small-size CAD system for the bearing design,which includes main program,data input subroutine,bearing preselection subroutine,life calculation and check subroutine,bearing loading check subroutine,bearing internal loading check subroutine,and form and print subroutine etc.This method described in this paper is a better method in calculating the rolling bearing life currently.
