| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导,以分析矿区发展的时段型特征为突破口,以煤矿为主体在煤矿生产区发展循环经济模式,以土地使用权人为主体在采煤沉陷区实现沉陷土地持续利用,发展生态农业,改变农业的生产方式,以村庄搬迁为契机加快矿区新农村建设,改变农民的生活方式,构建生态矿区模式,实现矿区经济增长方式的转变。
